Aeldrune does not yet publish an external support email or community channel. The in-game Account panel currently supports signed-in account management and deactivation. A verified path for bug reports, account recovery, player reports, and permanent data deletion will be published here before online release. Never share your password through unofficial channels.

- Your Aeldrune username.
- Your character name, if the issue is character-specific.
- The platform you are using, such as iOS, Android, or web browser.
- A clear description of what happened and what you expected.
