Aeldrune currently provides account deactivation, which locks an account but does not permanently remove all associated data. A verified workflow for permanent account and data deletion has not been published yet.
Deactivate an account
Open the in-game Account panel and use the account deactivation action while signed in. This action is reversible and is not a substitute for permanent deletion. Never send your password to another person.
Permanent deletion
Do not submit permanent deletion requests through unofficial channels. This page will publish the verified request path before Aeldrune launches online support.
Need help?
An external recovery channel is not yet published. If you cannot access the account, do not share credentials through unofficial channels; wait until an official Aeldrune support channel is listed on this site.
